Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. Bay Area Soap Kitchen DOES NOT offer any returns, exchanges or provide refunds. In order to prevent possible product contamination, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. 

If there was an issue with your order, you have 7 DAYS from the day your purchase was delivered to contact us regarding your order's issue. Once orders are processed and shipped, we cannot cancel orders or accept returns.

However, customer service is very important to us. Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact us at mail@basksoap.com and we will do our very best to resolve it.
